This project comprise four residential towers surrounds a central commercial core, allowing seamless pedestrian connectivity between the heart of the commercial core is an open air theatre which also double up as a place of congregation. The ground plane for the commercial core is ramped and lifted up above the road level, allowing car parks and services to be tucked underneath it, while at the same time the ramp system allow vehicles and pedestrians to travel effortlessly up into the central commercial core.
