Centrus, also known as CBD Perdana 3, is a 3-phase mixed development located on a 13-acre site in the heart of Cyberjaya. The project combines a variety of components, including a digital mall, supermarket, shop offices, and SOHOs, all linked through a network of outdoor pedestrian malls and landscaped boulevards. This interconnected design encourages walkability and creates a vibrant, open-air environment where people can move seamlessly between different functions.

At the center of the development lies a public amphitheatre, envisioned as both a cultural and social focal point.
