Located at the fringe of the old historic city of Melaka, this project comprises 2 towers: a 284 room hotel , Courtyard by Marriott and a Serviced Suites tower comprising 361 units, sitting on a common podium .

This development is to tap the need for a re-knowned hotel brand and to cater for the growing tourist arrivals to the city of Melaka, since its UNESCO Heritage listing.
