The project is designed to make the most out of open spaces despite the tight site conditions. At the ground level, the development features a central retail square framed by shops and offices, creating a lively and interactive hub for daily activities. This square is linked through a network of pedestrian pathways that connect directly to a future MRT station, ensuring excellent accessibility and encouraging walkability.

At the podium level, a central landscaped courtyard provides a calm and green retreat, serving as a shared space for the two residential towers and the SOHO tower. This elevated courtyard not only brings light and ventilation into the heart of the development but also offers residents a private yet open environment for relaxation, community interaction, and leisure activities.
