The design of this showroom is actually a new design of full-fledged 3S Mercedes-Benz Autohaus that incorporates key aspects of the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), Fuso 3S Center and offices that provide extensive sales and service coverage, with every amenity and comfort specially tailored to deliver extraordinary experiences for its distinguished clientele.

The large and spacious modern looking building easily makes its presence felt and has lifted the image of the place which was then recognised more as industrial area. It has a showroom floor capable of displaying 20 passenger cars, 1 commercial car and 3 trucks, while its service centre has 16 car workbays and 3 truck workbays (both with and without pit). The building was successfully completed and in operation in the last quarter of 2016.
