The main idea behind this project is to bring extensive parkland into the site and placing high rise components within this parkland.

Car parks, road circulation and services are placed below this park to allow for seamless pedestrian connection between the residential, offices, hotels, retails, cultural buildings and shopping centers.

The park also serves to separate the commercial and office components from residential components, allowing residents to engage physically with it to walk, jog and cycle to the office, hence promoting a healthy living lifestyle.
